Small Business Bankruptcy Webinar
by CBJC Staff November 19, 2020
The City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project and Consumer Bankruptcy Project are partnering with Winston & Strawn LLP and Charles River Associates to host a two-hour Zoom webinar on bankruptcy options for small businesses that have been affected by the pandemic.
The Zoom webinar, led by leading bankruptcy attorneys and financial experts, will address issues that come up for business owners who have personally guaranteed business debt, discuss the differences between types of bankruptcy, and outline the required steps and documents needed to file for bankruptcy relief. Small business owners will have an opportunity to ask general questions during and after the presentation. Handouts will be available to attendees after the webinar.
