Donor Advised Funds
Make a grant through a Donor Advised Fund. If you cannot find “City Bar Justice Center” in your DAF donor portal, please choose Association of the Bar of the City of New York Fund Inc. (City Bar Fund) (EIN #13-6003018) and either include a note to your DAF that the gift should go to the City Bar Justice Center, or alert us than an incoming DAF gift to the City Bar Fund should be allocated to the City Bar Justice Center.
Cy Pres Awards
Direct a cy pres award to CBJC, as our mission makes us a worthy, eligible recipient of settlement funds from class-action litigation.
Estate Planning
Including CBJC in your will or naming CBJC as a beneficiary of checking, savings, or pension accounts ensures that we will be able to increase access to justice for low-income New Yorkers for years to come.

Did You Know?
CBJC provides free legal services to the those experiencing poverty or other systemic barriers. For this reason, donations to CBJC qualify for the NYS court’s biennial pro bono reporting requirements for attorneys.
