NELP Small Business Remote Legal Clinic

The Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project (NELP) in partnership with the Brooklyn Small Business Development Center and the Brooklyn Public Library are hosting a virtual small business legal clinic for NYC-based micro-entrepreneurs with questions about intellectual property issues.
This clinic will focus only on intellectual property questions, so if you want to know whether you should copyright, trademark or patent your latest creation this is your opportunity to receive FREE legal advice on IP-related matters from volunteer attorneys during a 45-minute consultation. Consultations will take place during one of two appointment times: 4:30-5:15 pm or 5:30-6:15 pm. Through the online registration form, you will be able to choose a preferred appointment time. Additionally, the consultations will be held via Zoom, which will require a computer, tablet or phone with sound and video connectivity. Registration is required. Click here to register.
