NELP Small Business Entity Formation Presentation

A small business virtual legal presentation will be held over Zoom in partnership with the Brooklyn Small Business Development Center and Brooklyn Public Library. Choosing a legal structure is one of the most impactful decisions a small business owner can make. This presentation will walk microentrepreneurs through the various different structures (e.g., Sole Proprietorship, LLC, S-Corp, etc.) and dive into the benefits and limitations of these entities.
