NELP Small Business Contract Basics Presentation

A small business virtual legal presentation will be held over Zoom in partnership with the Upper Manhattan Business Solutions Center. This presentation will engage microentrepreneurs in a discussion about the basics of contracts for business. The webinar will specifically focus on i) what makes contracts valid and ii) the components of valid contracts. Registration is required. Please click here if interested in participating.
