Veterans’ Legal Series Episode 5: “TDIU”

If you are a veteran who cannot work due to injuries or ailments you received during your service in the military, you may be able to claim benefits under Total Disability based on Individual Unemployability (TDIU).
In this episode of the Veterans’ Legal Series, Veterans Assistance Project Director Kent Eiler explains the basics of TDIU: what makes you eligible, the claim submission process, and helpful tips about the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
